Van Tran
Van Thuy Tran became Executive Chairman of Veritec, Inc. in January 2009. From 1999 to January 2009, Ms. Tran served as President and CEO of Veritec, Inc. In 1999, Ms. Tran and a business partner made a significant investment into further research and development of the company's technology, and today Veritec’s two-dimensional matrix symbology technology and products are the most robust and secure versions of such technology and products in the marketplace. Ms. Tran continues to oversee the operations of Veritec, Inc. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Veritec, Ms. Tran was a successful executive and entrepreneur, having started and sold businesses in several different industries over two decades.
Ms. Tran is co-founder of the Parents Aids Children Today, Circle of Love Foundation that brings hope to children and adults with severe physical deformities that need reconstructive or plastic surgery, and founder of the Caring for Others Foundation that provides education to homeless children in Viet Nam and HIV testing and treatment to people in South Africa. She is a graduate of Bethel College.
